PastorelliSport.ca is operated by PastorelliSport Canada, which respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this online shop, why we collect it and how you can ask us about it. We handle personal information under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as applicable.

Who we share it with

  • PayPal, when you pay with PayPal or by card through PayPal, which processes your payment. Bank transfers by Interac e-Transfer are made through your own bank.
  • The carrier of your order, which receives your name and delivery address to deliver it.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the shop data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

The shop uses session and shopping cart cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Payment services may also use cookies when you use their services.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You may ask us to close your account.
