Terms and conditions

PastorelliSport.ca is operated by PastorelliSport Canada ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every order placed at PastorelliSport.ca. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by e-mail. We may cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price is shown in error, and we will refund any payment already made.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are shown before tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout according to your delivery address. Shipping is charged separately, as described on the Delivery page.

Availability and product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information from the manufacturer. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the product, and shades can vary between production batches.

Payment

You can pay with PayPal or by bank transfer (Interac e-Transfer); the methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. An order paid by bank transfer ships once we receive the payment. See Secure payment.

Shipping

We ship only to addresses in Canada. Rates, free shipping from C$200 before tax, oversize shipping for hoops and the ribbon winder (from C$30), dispatch and delivery times are on the Delivery page.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return policy.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
